PACIFIC BAY
In the six years since their launch, Pacific Bay has grown exponentially to meet the increased demand for online grocery shopping. Their catalogue increased a hundredfold, and the brands they carried went from a handful to dozens. To keep up with the expansion, the redesign focused on presenting the catalogue's variety of categories and products in the most cohesive way. The goal was to have customers easily find their favorite products, but also introduce them to newer ones.

The Challenge
The challenge was to improve user experience and to improve product discovery since many were getting lost in the fold. A refined layout with easy to browse collection carousels was used to present collections. Their loyal following was rewarded with new features on their customer pages such as shopping lists, rewards status and vouchers, and buy-again buttons for quick shopping.

It is always exciting to grow with a company from launch to expansion. I am thrilled that I have been able to do that with Pacific Bay.
