The challenge, aside from replatforming, was to present their non-retail catalogue items seamlessly with their retail products. To achieve this, two product page templates were customized for them. One for their products available for online purchase and another for products that only quotes could be requested.
Because they are a market leader I paid special attention to their corporate pages to maintain their image in the industry. The goal was to present information and details in a more interesting and engaging manner to sustain attention and encourage brand loyalty. The About Us page was given strong visuals for their branding story, history and affiliations.
Their 26 branches are located all over the Philippines and were organized by region on the branch finder page for easy searching. Call on click was made available for each store as well as Google Map directions.
Education is one of the services offered. They have in person seminars all year round as well as free online instructional videos for the common uses of their most popular products. A Learn section housed embedded YouTube tutorial videos and a call to book as slot to their seminars.
