MOMMY MUNDO

Mommy Mundo is a pioneer in their industry. Anything mommy related they do - bazaars, workshops, talks, mompreneur support, magazines and e-zines - you name it, they'v done it. They took their usual retail events to an e-commerce platform and it involved over 100 brands and over 2,000 products. Many products were lost in the fold and they needed some help.
The Challenge
The challenge was to reorganize their catalogue and improve product discovery as some items were getting lost in the fold. A mega menu was used, categories and sub categories were created, and advanced filtering on collection pages was included. Featured collections in the home page made products more accessible.
Another challenge was to improve user experience is to reduce bounce rates. Because Mommy Mundo is involved in many areas, the Mommy Mundo shop needed to be clearly defined with the design and distinct from the other Mommy Mundo brands and platforms. I crafted a simple design for better usability. 
Other requirements needed were a Loyalty Program, customer reviews, and Automated Email Set Up.
