La Bodega was born in the Covid-19 pandemic when happy hour home edition became a thing in the lockdown. Tired of taking orders on Viber, Instagram, Messenger and SMS, they jumped feet first into e-commerce. They had been using Shopify to manage inventory and create draft orders but never got around to designing and launching their website. This is where I came in.

The Challenge
The challenge was to present their extensive product catalogue in a logical and efficient way that at the same time provides a good user experience. I embraced their multiple product variants, brands, categories, types, and varietals with a strong mega menu and advanced filters on collection pages. Their home page is simple but stylish.
Other requirements were age verification, a minimum order amount and customer reviews.
